Returns:
Books can be returned, prior authorization, within 7 days from
receiving provided that the material is returned at your expense, carefully packed and
shipped at the following address:

The corresponding credit amount will be accredited on your account that you are invited to
use for future purchases at

We regret that books returned damaged, dirty
or in any other bad status will not be accepted for credit.

wrapping and delivery. You will also be able to include with the package a message in the
gift card.
Once you have choosen the book for your gift you will find in the Order Form

and if you wish a message to be included on the gift card.

This service is an innovative service offered to liberdomus registered clients that wish to
order without quoting their credit card details.
Through this service the client
will be able to buy online and decide to pick and pay
the material at the nearest bookshop choosing it from the list of registered bookshops.
Once you complete the order we will deliver the material to the choosen bookshop
supplying your e-mail or phone number in order to remind you to pick the arrived book.
Any order will be checked with the buyer in order to guarantee the effective collect
at the bookshop.
This service is available only to registered clients and is subject to acceptance of the
the clause that engages the client to collect the book within 7 days of advise or accept
to receive after this term the book at their home address against cash payment.

1. How do I order a book from liberdomus.it ?
Ordering and browsing through liberdomus.it is very simple.
To order you may "click" on the green linked title or on the order
button shown at the bottom of each record.
Attention! on each record we give the information about the availability; if you find that the
book is listed as not available the "order" button will not be active while a "book it" button will
show up. Selecting this button will mean that once the book is available again we will be authorized
to send it to you following the shipment and payment instructions you provided us.
2. Can I order even if still not registered with liberdomus.it ?
Of course you can, once your first order is sent you will be
automatically registered.
Afterwards, you will be able to review your account and take advantage of our free services like
our Newsletter
liberm@il and the pick @ bookshop or join any other service that interests you.
3. Can I search for a book that was not found on the list ?
Yes, you can do several searches in more sections of the catalogue.
From any page you may start a search by title, author or publisher using the
quick search form in the horizzontal frame.
Furthermore you may try our advanced search for a professional and accurate search by:
title, author, ISBN Number, Series title, City of publication and sort results by alphabetical order,
book price or date of publication.
4. If all may search attempts was unsuccesful can I do something else to find the
title I am searching for ?
As Italian bookdealers and wholesalers we are specialized in any Italian publication and are prepared
to do searches also for out of print or rare books (grey literature).
If your search in our catalogue was unsuccesful, please contact us and give us all the information
you have about the book you need. We will be pleased to search for it and to report about
availability and price awaiting your confirmation. In these cases we will offer the book via
e-mail including payment instructions and delivery/shipping conditions and charges.
5. How do liberdomus calculate the shipping charges ?
Liberdomus site is one of the few where shipping charges are calculated exactly
by the weight of each book and not by the number of purchased books.
Other elements that constitutes the postage charge depend from the way and the Land of delivery.
The postage amount will be shown separately in your shopping cart. We suggest to use for small purchases the Credit Card Payment and for higher ones the payment
on Invoice with bank transfer.
