Order policy:
Ordering and browsing through liberdomus.it is very simple.
To order you may "click" on the green linked title or on the order
button shown at the bottom of each record.
Attention! on each record we give the information about the availability; if you find that the
book is listed as not available the "order" button will not be active while a "book it" button will
show up. Selecting this button will mean that once the book is available again we will be authorized
to send it to you following the shipment and payment instructions you provided us.
Shipping charges:
All the book orders arrived within
2:00 p.m. will be shipped at
11:00 a.m. of the next day.

We have not included rush shipment within Europe because delivery time of regular
and rush shipment is nearly the same while rush price is considerably higher.
Title search:
You can do several searches in more sections of the catalogue.
From any page you may start a search by title, author or publisher using the
quick search form in the horizzontal frame.
Furthermore you may try our advanced search for a professional and comprehensive search by:
title, author, ISBN Number, Series title, City of publication and sort results by alphabetical
order, book price or date of publication.
Shopping cart:
All the books may be purchased by clicking either on the linked title or on the
Order button. If the book is temporarily not available a note will
appear in the status field and the order button will
turn to a book button.
The amount of the ordered material including personalised discount and postage (calculated depending
from the books weight) will be shown on your shopping cart. We suggest to print a copy of it to be
used as checking list once the material is delivered.
Bookings:
On the registration form each customer may decide to take advantage of our service
"permanent booking" or
"temporal booking", that consider respectively all the
unavailable books booked permanently (the bookings does not expire) or cancelled.
The status of the bookings will be reported on the order form separately and
printed on the shipping list with the delivered material. Even if you have not decided
for a permanent booking, you may book a temporarily unavailable title by clicking on the
"book it" button at the bottom of each record. By doing this you will authorize us to
deliver the title as soon as available to your address.
UNINARC/USMARC downloads:
Institutions and libraries will be able to automatically
download the records of the purchased books at liberdomus or to do it later at a dedicated
URL. All downloads are offered free to registered and authorized customers. Host name, port
and other tecnical parameters will be comunicated upon your request has been received and authorized.
Discounts:
Each book record includes the discount field. Nevertheless the discount is shown only
after registration as in order to access the Business Catalogue
a password is required. If you are a new user and wish to register at "liberdomus"
please go to the
registration form.
All the existing discounts that libraries had through Nardecchia will automatically
be included in each clients account.
New clients may contact us in order to set up a personalized profile.
Invoicing:
The ordered books are automatically delivered to the requested address with invoice in triplicate
. We allow plenty of space, include your P.O. Numbers and show postage separately.
If a different number of copies is required please note it on the
registration form where European customers must also include
their VAT Number according to European Community fiscal rules.
Invoicing and delivery is realized by LIBRERIA GIA' NARDECCHIA srl - Rome.
Payment instructions:
All the material is charged within Europe in EURO, overseas in the requested currency.
New clients may order via credit card or with invoice (proforma invoice). Regular clients will
receive the material with invoice and are kindly invited to pay within 60 days from invoice date.
All credit card payments are securely guaranteed through the
SSL secure server of BANCA SELLA using the highest security standards.
VISA, Mastercard and Eurocard are welcome.
Returns:
Books can be returned, prior authorization, within 30 days from invoice date or 7 days from
receiving, provided that the material is returned at your expense, carefully packed and
shipped at the following address:
LIBRERIA GIA' NARDECCHIA srl - Via P. Revoltella, 105 - 00152 ROMA (Italy).
The corresponding credit amount will be accredited on your account in order to be
used for future purchases at
liberdomus.
We regret that books returned damaged, dirty
or in any other bad status will not be accepted for credit.
