The first of three volumes of the History of the Province of Padua of Saint Anthony of the Friars Minor Conventual, from its establishment in 1907 to 1952. This volume, by Luciano Bertazzo, chronologically precedes the second volume, written by Antonino Poppi in 2008, covering the history from 1952 to 1972. It is followed by the third volume, also by Luciano Bertazzo, from 1972 to 2013. The entire work (1907-2013) covers the entire time span of the Franciscan institution, which, since 2013, following its reorganization, has taken the name “Italian Province of Saint Anthony of the Friars Minor Conventual.”
