We present in this volume the Proceedings of International Conference helde in Rome at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas on Mach 6,2014. The lectures are published in original language torespect the style of each lector. These conferences are about the nova of Second Vatican Council like the reform of religous life and the conciliar decree Nostra Aetate and especially how the Dominican Order contrubuted to the preparation and application of the this Council.
