The author examines some aspects of Roman Hirpinia from the period Gracchan land reform until the late Empire in the light of the epigraphic documentation : the Gracchan assignments and the Fioccaglia forum ; the cities of Abellinum and Aeclanum ; the problem of the municipium aliunde ignotum.
