The work was carried out under a cooperation project between the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism (FAU) of the Polytechnic University of Tirana (PUT) and the Arkivi Qendror Teknik i Nd\u00ebrtimit (AQTN).  This research puts light on the influence of Austria-Hungary in the period after the independence of Albania in the years 1916-1935, before the strong Italian influence in Albanian society, not only to record the technical projects realized at that time but also to present the contribution given during the period of Albanian identity.
